1. What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the category of your enquiry, and your message.

If you apply for a job or internship, or join our talent pool, we collect what you submit in the application form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the role or area you're interested in, your resume (as a file you attach, or a link you share), a link to your portfolio if you add one, and any message you write.

If you download a guide from our Resources page, we collect the name (optional) and email address you provide, along with which guide you requested.

2. How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to understand what services you're interested in. We do not use this information for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell it. Job and internship applications are used only to consider you for the role you applied for or, if you joined the talent pool, for future openings. If you download a guide, your details are used only to send you that guide and, occasionally, related follow-up — never sold or shared with third parties.

3. How we store it

When you submit a form, its contents are sent to us by email and recorded in a private spreadsheet that only the Dreavis team can open. A resume you attach is emailed to us and saved in a private folder in our Google Drive that only the Dreavis team can open. We use them only to respond to you and to manage enquiries, applications and guide requests. We do not sell them. You can ask us to correct or delete your entry at any time.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing dreavistechnology@gmail.com.
