Pricing discussed with you is indicative only. Final scope, pricing and timelines for any engagement are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Dreavis does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, revenue, or lead volume — only the defined, controllable deliverables in that proposal.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, content) transfers to the client upon full payment. Dreavis retains the right to reuse general methods, non-confidential techniques, and anonymized learnings across other engagements.
4. Third-party costs
Costs for third-party services — domains, hosting, software licenses, ad spend, and similar — are separate from Dreavis's fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in a proposal.
5. Limitation of liability
Dreavis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services provided, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
